You’ll hear 12 sentences in French with the word ‘tiret’ – blank wherever you need to put DE or DES.

There are short days at work these days.(noun+adjective)

2.Ils sont assommés ________ difficiles devoirs dans cette école.

They’re crushed with difficult homework assignments in that school. (assommer+preposition DE)

3.Elles accrochent ________ belles décorations sur le sapin.

They’re trimming the tree with nice ornaments.
