un miraculé, a walking miracle

un miraculé or une miraculée is a person who  got cured from a terrible disease or someone who survived a natural disaster. You can see the word "miracle" in "miraculé". I translated it as "a walking miracle". I don't believe there is a one-word translation. Let me know it you know one.

« C'est un miraculé. Il a survécu à cette catastrophe. »
"He's a walking miracle. He survived this disaster."

Survivre is a tricky verb. It's conjugated like vivre (to live):

présent: je survis, nous survivons

passé composé: j'ai survécu , nous avons survécu

futur: je survivrai, nous survivrons

That was Anne's native take on a French expression. Bonne journée française.
