Tope-là !
Tope là ! Toper is to slap hands with someone, when an agreement is reached, a deal done, or complicity, a support given. Give me five or Deal! French people don't say Tope là ! without actually doing the gesture of slapping hands.

"They won the game. Gimme 5!"
