Nous la lui passons.

Ordre des pronoms

A pronoun is used to replace a noun in a sentence, in order not to repeat the same word twice.

Je donne la tasse à Hugo. I give the cup to Hugh.

Je la donne à Hugo. I give it to Hugh.

Sometimes, you want to replace two nouns with two pronouns.

Je donne la tasse à Hugo. I give the cup to Hugh.

Je la lui donne. I give it to him.

It’s not always easy to remember the order of pronouns in French. There are two things to know:

1.they always follow this pattern

2.except with affirmative commands, the pronoun/s always precede the verb.

Use ME TE SE NOUS VOUS before LE LA LES before LUI LEUR before Y before EN.

french, order pronouns

Example

Nous passons la communication à Hugo. We're transfering the call to Hugo.

Nous la passons à Hugo. We're transfering it to Hugo.

Nous la lui passons. We're transfering it to him.
